Summer season rates (June - September, 2 night minimum): $350/night or $2100/week.
Off season rates (October - May): $250/night or $1500/week.
Holidays: Due to high demand, 3 night minimum stay on some holidays (Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years): $375/night.
All stays also require a $75 cleaning fee per visit and a 1% State of Oregon Lodging Tax.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled with less than 90 days notice will forfeit one half of their deposit. Reservations canceled with less than 45 days notice will forfeit their full deposit.
